“Trained as a ballet dancer alongside practicing yoga for over 15 years, I’ve always been interested in a quiet and peaceful way of living.
I’ve spent a lot of time living in monasteries and ashrams and personally think happiness and kindness is the best way to approach life.”


A LITTLE BIT MORE ON HANNAH
Fully trained in Sivananda yoga (RYS 200), she creates a light, happy atmosphere, using the art of yoga to promote strength and happiness in mind and body. She is especially interested in how the mind can be aided by the yogic tradition and how this resonates in enhancing, kindness, happiness and joy in all aspects of life.

BALLET BARRE
Ballet Barre is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
