How DO WE BOOK YOU?

Please do check my availability using this contact form. If luck has it, and I am available on your wedding date then I would require a completed booking form and deposit to secure your date.
how much is the deposit?

To secure the date, I require a deposit of £500.00 to initially secure the date. The final balance is due four weeks before your wedding date.
Do we need a second shooter?

In short, no! I have photographed many weddings successfully with just myself. If your wedding has around or surplus eighty guests then I would suggest a second shooter could be helpful. Another photographer could photograph Groom prep for example, if the locations on the morning are a little tricky. Alternatively, if you would like to get away for a longer period of time for your portrait photographs, then another photographer could cover the cocktail hour at this time. Please do let me know your thoughts and we could discuss this in more detail.
How long do you stay in the evening?

A full day cover is for up to ten hours. Cover concludes 10 hours from commencing on the day. If you wish to add further cover for evening events such as a sparkler exit or fireworks, for example, then this is some thing we could discuss in further detail.
IS TRAVEL INCLUDED IN IN THE PRICE?

Travel is included in the price for the UK.
Do we need to feed you on the day?

Whilst I bring along snacks to cover the day, it isn't always easy to pop out and get dinner. If possible, a hot meal would be greatly appreciated and sustain me well into the latter stages of the wedding day.
how long until we see our final gallery?

I estimate up to eight weeks in the winter season for your final gallery, and up to ten weeks in the summertime.

This all depends on the size of the wedding and ranges from 300 – 600 images. The bigger the wedding, the more images that you will receive.
Yes. I have public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance and insurance for my equipment.
CAN I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES FOR PRINT?

Yes, I am fully prepared for any digital breakdowns with separate cameras, lenses, memory cards and batteries.
Yes, absolutely! Your images are available for download indefinitely, free to print at any time. I recommend Loxley Colour for the best quality prints.
